1. Who we are

Tender-AI-bids-4U (the "Service") is provided by Air BSB ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you are entering into an agreement with Air BSB.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. The Service

Tender-AI-bids-4U is an AI-assisted platform for managing tenders and bids: uploading RFP documents, extracting requirements, generating draft proposals and pricing, and packaging submissions. Access is provided under the plan you have selected.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing purposes;
• upload malware or attempt to probe, scan, or breach security;
• scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service or its outputs in bulk;
• use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or violates third-party rights;
• reverse engineer or circumvent technical limits.

5. Your content and AI outputs

You retain ownership of the documents and content you upload. You grant Air BSB a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for your prompts, for verifying the accuracy of AI-generated outputs, and for confirming you have the rights to any content you submit. AI outputs may be inaccurate and are not a substitute for professional, legal, or regulatory advice.

6. Intellectual property

Air BSB retains all rights in the Service, its software, branding, and documentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under your current plan.

7. Payments, subscriptions & taxes

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, currency conversion, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless cancelled.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; you may export your data for a reasonable period before deletion.

9. Service levels & warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Air BSB's aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify Air BSB against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Air BSB is established. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
