Air BSB offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Tender-AI-bids-4U subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Free trial

New Tender-AI-bids-4U Pro subscriptions include a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment is taken. If you continue, your subscription starts automatically and the 30-day money-back guarantee begins from the first paid charge.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout.
2. Locate your Tender-AI-bids-4U order and open a refund request.
3. Alternatively, contact Air BSB through the in-app support channel and we will forward your request to Paddle.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the customer portal linked from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Chargebacks

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us or Paddle first — we aim to resolve billing issues quickly and without a chargeback.
